The Law School of the University of Alicante as the organizer of the seminar in co-operation with the Law School of the University of Eastern Finland announces the VI Spanish-Finnish Seminar in Legal Theory which will take place in Alicante (Spain) on 25th and 26th May, in 2018.
The theme of the seminar will be “Post Positivism”.
This is a preliminary call for papers about current issues in legal theory and philosophy and participation in the seminar for all scholars of legal theory and philosophy.
In May, Alicante City and the campus of the University of Alicante provides the most enjoyable and fruitful circumstances for a seminar. Let’s enjoy together the nice and warm Mediterranean days in Alicante packed with the current issues of legal theory and philosophy! Further and more detailed information will be provided later by the organizers.

Dear Professors Atienza and Niemi
I would very much like to participate in the seminar
I could present a paper on the Institutional Theory as a Post-positivist theory of Law
I have close connections with some Finnish and Spanish legal philosophers and I would count as Spanish, at least legally speaking
