The conference is held in two locations in Helsinki:

• The main venue is Porthania, lecture hall IV (Yliopistonkatu 3)
• The venue for the evening programme 25.8. is Hietsun paviljonki (Hiekkarannantie 9)

The walking distance between the two venues is 2,5km, and there are several hotels in between them. No hotel reservations have been made for the conference guests, but a discount is available in two hotels:

• Nearby Hietsun paviljonki, Hotel Helka 12% discount on the daily rate of a room for any nights between 23.8. and 27.8., when reservations are made at the Hotel’s own website, using a discount code AH22. The regular price for 1 person room, including breakfast and sauna, at the moment is between 143€ and 188€.
• Next to the Porthania, GLO Hotel Kluuvi offers a 20% discount on the daily rate of a flexible room with breakfast, for any nights between 24.8. and 27.8., when reservations are made at the Hotel’s own website, using a discount code PROARI. .
